* We do not often use couriers (e.g. FedEx, UPS etc).
* Instead we normally ship with registered mail which we find to be just about as quick, equally       reliable and a lot less expensive

* All our products are fully insured whilst in transit
* All our instruments & handmade mouthpieces are shipped either by trackable mail or requiring signature at the destination (depending on country)
